Energy: flight plan!

There is an aspect common to all companies and institutions that achieved and maintained excellent results for which I have consulted.

There was a commitment from statutory directors, especially in relation to a road-map that I always make a point of following: (1) Gather information on the energy use, contracting of energy, and preferences (technical, financial and management) of the client, (2) Identify opportunities, (3) Discover those that will be implemented and (4) Make it happen.

Afterwards, managers and technicians are aligned in a timeline of activities and those responsible.

This "prescription" contrasts - and a lot - with the national preference for improvisation, from disgust to the systematization of works, the elaboration of timelines and the clear allocation of responsibilities. For this reason it is not very popular in Brazil!

But the recommendation is: it will be worth a try! The results should surprise you!
