Energy: do you "give your best"?

For those who want to progress in their careers, this question is one of the most important!

Consulting for over 35 years, I've found that the most successful in the energy field, have a few characteristics in common:

1. Are curious

...and explore the possibilities, even those not known yet!

2. Are generalists

They realize that before "going into details" they try to find out "what it is about".

3. Work as a team

Leverage the synergy that their peers can bring to solutions

4. Define metrics

So as to identify results that should be achieved and maintained

5. Enjoy learning

Understand that knowledge is essential to seek interesting/convenient solutions

Those who embody these 5 characteristics have a realistic chance of giving their best combining professional development and competitive energy costs for their companies/institutions.
