Are customers easily transitioning from in-person payments to online applications? Are utilities? Four years ago, 53 percent of utility companies didn’t even have an app. To accommodate customers from all walks of life, utilities have always had multiple avenues for customers to pay their bill. However, the drive-thru payment location set up by North Little Rock Electric will be closing in August. Instead, the utility hopes to direct customers to use their app to make payments.
