One of the hardest things we do can be to engage with our customers. But you can learn some new ideas to improve your communications during the Consumer Engagement with Communication Strategies and Tactics That Work session at the Rocky Mountain Utility Exchange!

Join us to learn how Xcel Energy redesigned their residential heating and cooling programs to include all aspects of rebates into a one-stop shop that provides solutions for their customers, as well as how they leveraged the capabilities of their third-party vendors to further engage with customers.

We will also hear from Ameren Illinois about how they maintained high customer engagement during the heat of the pandemic by transitioning to an online platform, citing specific case study examples. Join us on September 22nd from 10:30am to 12pm!

The Energy Central Power Industry Network is based on one core idea - power industry professionals helping each other and advancing the industry by sharing and learning from each other.

If you have an experience or insight to share or have learned something from a conference or seminar, your peers and colleagues on Energy Central want to hear about it. It's also easy to share a link to an article you've liked or an industry resource that you think would be helpful.
