 Eversource Energy, Avangrid and their subsidiaries deny accusations that the utility callously sued customers for unpaid bills during the pandemic.  “On March 13, 2020, we voluntarily stopped all collection activities," said Tricia Modifica, a spokesperson for Eversource Energy.  Utilities across the country have urged customers to take advantage of assistance and protection programs.  As winter ends and shut-off moratoriums expire, what else are utilities doing for customers?
