The Energy Central Utility Customer Care Community is preparing a special issue report around the “Transformation of Utility Customer Care” and we’d like to include your voice.  

We are looking for insightful and forward-thinking ideas in any of the following areas: 

  • Analytics
  • Billing & Payments
  • Contact Center
  • Credit & Collections
  • Field Services
  • Digital customer engagement
  • Management strategies
  • CX - Customer Experience 
  • Use of social media, Chat bots and other tools used for communication
