The Energy Central Utility Customer Care Community is preparing a special issue report around the “Transformation of Utility Customer Care” and we’d like to include your voice.
We are looking for insightful and forward-thinking ideas in any of the following areas:
- Billing & Payments
- Contact Center
- Credit & Collections
- Field Services
- Digital customer engagement
- Management strategies
- CX - Customer Experience
- Use of social media, Chat bots and other tools used for communication
Why participate and share your insights:
- Establish yourself as a leader in the Utility Customer Care.
- Network and collaborate with other professionals in the community.
- Help the industry and other professionals working in Customer Care.
How you can participate:
You can send your submissions to email@example.com. Please mention “Transformation of Utility Customer Care Special Issue”. Or, you may also submit your article on-line through the “start a post” option. If you chose this method, please add the tag #Customer Care May 2019. Also, we ask that you schedule your post to go live on May 24th and not before. This way the post is fresh content for the special issue!
