Utilities are only a small portion of this USA Today article about the upcoming end of COVID-19 relief, but there is an important lesson here. If your utility is extending the deadline for its shutoff moratoriums or other financial relief, be sure to publicize it because it will make you look caring. And if your utility is ending its relief measures, you need to mention that, too, although it's not something you want to tout. Find some way to soften the blow, if possible,
