Brazilian "Service"

I requested a proposal for five well-known energy traders using their "contact us" website channel.

I have indicated my interest in presenting an alternative pricing format ("collar") for selected deregulated energy users.

I made my request well  in advance, so that the traders would have enough time to prepare a proposal.

I didn't receive any response even though formally, I got messages like "our team will get back to you as soon as possible".

This type of "service" is something systemic in our country! But still, I'm always surprised!
