Big utilities are desperately trying to stick customers for the bills from California wildfires
California utilities are moving on several fronts to get out of paying for wildfires they cause.
It seems like utilities are facing more criticism than usual these days -- largely because of weather-related incident. This column in the Los Angeles Times is a prime example of that criticism and warrants a quick and immediate response from California utilities.
